Ride Connect uses the information needed to coordinate travel, support passengers and drivers, operate the affiliate programme, and protect the service.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, phone number, and account role. Booking may also include precise pickup location, address and landmark, route, seat, payment status, assigned vehicle and driver, and notification preferences. Affiliate accounts include referral codes, qualified-customer ledger entries, points, payout details, and withdrawal records.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate accounts, create and manage bookings, coordinate boarding, process and reconcile payments, issue tickets, send trip updates, calculate affiliate points and withdrawals, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve reliability and safety.
Sharing and retention
We share data only with service providers needed to operate Ride Connect, such as infrastructure, mapping, notifications, and payment providers, or where required by law. Payment, trip, fraud-prevention, safety, payout, and audit records may be retained where needed for accounting, disputes, compliance, and protection of users.

You can review or correct account details in the app or affiliate portal. Request account deletion or ask a privacy question at support@rideconnect.co.
