Delete your Ride Connect account
You can ask us to permanently close your passenger, driver, or affiliate account and delete personal data that is no longer required to operate or protect the service.
Send your request
Email support@rideconnect.co with the subject Ride Connect account deletion. Send it from the email connected to your account and include your phone number so we can verify ownership.
What happens next
After verification, we delete or anonymize account profile, authentication, saved pickup, payout, and preference data that is not required for an active booking, payout, safety investigation, dispute, fraud-prevention control, accounting requirement, or legal obligation.
Records we may retain
Completed trip, payment, affiliate payout, fraud-prevention, safety, and audit records may be retained for up to seven years where required for accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of passengers, affiliates, and drivers.
